- Wrong item has been delivered
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
- Requests raised after the allowed timeframe
Replacement Option
